Loved it. Tim had nailed it, it had all the amenities I was looking for, it was comfy and drove like a dream. Tim was outstanding. The atmosphere & service was Excellent. Best car buying experience ever. I was in need of trading in my truck for a more fuel efficiency vehicle. I received several emails from different car dealerships but one in particula I was in need of trading in my truck for a more fuel efficiency vehicle. I received several emails from different car dealerships but one in particular stood out. It was from Tim Thoreen at Titus Will Ford in Tacoma. Not only did he email me but he called me personally. I knew this was the salesman I wanted to deal with. My wife and I walked in and Tim dropped everything and gave us his full attention. We found the perfect vehicle as I already knew exactly what I was looking for. The deal was too good to pass up. Everything I asked for was granted by Tim and his boss.
