Poor customer service I had my truck in for the door latch recall. First visit they did four door latches and an oil change. I notice the rear door on the driver side didn’ I had my truck in for the door latch recall. First visit they did four door latches and an oil change. I notice the rear door on the driver side didn’t open. 2nd visit- most of a day- they said it needed a new latch. 3rd visit- all day- got it back and the door opened. A month later I discovered the door had been unlocked the whole time. 4th visit- all day- they said it needed a latch- REALLY?. I watched a YouTube video, bought trim removal tool, removed the door panel, pushed the electrical connector all the way on, it works fine now. They did not even offer to pay for the trim removal tool. They either don’t give a hoot about customer service, or they are grossly incompetent. More
