Don Newell is the BMW Genius at Tom Bush Orange Park and he helped me immensely to understand the amazing technology in my XB7. Don exceeded my expectations significantly in our session. Another thing I did not expect was his explaining the logic of why the technology was designed the way it was and the safety reasons driving it. Don was clear concise and direct, showing patience when needed and speed when appropriate. I smiled when I learned of the BMW Genius title that Marketing has placed on Don and his associates, but now that I have experienced his handiwork, I think the title is appropriate. Not only is Don knowledgeable, but he also presents his knowledge in a very understandable and effective manner.
