I ended up coming to Tom Bush Mazda as 2 years ago my younger brother also purchased a used Mazd On 7/25/2019 I purchased a CPO Mazda 3 Touring Hatch. I ended up coming to Tom Bush Mazda as 2 years ago my younger brother also purchased a used Mazda 3. I was very impressed with how they treated him, he was a first time car buyer, so I decided to come back when my time came for a newer car. I worked with Michelle Williams who made herself available, on a very busy day, to see me. After the test drive they worked with me on my trade in and gave me a great price for my old car as well as the price on the Mazda 3. The whole process from first arriving to getting the keys was far shorter than any prior car buying experience and I was not once pressured into anything. When time came for the financing Brittany Babb took care of me. Once again the process was very quick and she secured me an excellent rate. At no point was a pushed for any added services or fees. All in all they earned my business and I look forward to getting to know their service department for my future needs. More
