It's a Mazda I didn't need much selling. I'm a fan of Mazda and I was well informed of the cars, their features, and MSRP pricing. Kansas and the sales staff helpe I didn't need much selling. Kansas and the sales staff helped guide me through the incentives and terms and that final nudge to get the car. I like that she didn't make stuff up when she didn't know the answer. She said she didn't know and found the answer. I went in on my day off to compare with other cars I'd seen already that day. My one complaint is that I walked around the showroom for about 10 minutes with no one in sight to greet me. I went in another day, weeks earlier and had a similar experience. Possibly due to time of day? Granted, I'm not keen on the more common approach at dealers to get immediately accosted like a weak link in a herd by a predator but it felt weird getting in every car and just about walking out until Kansas can out of nowhere and greeted me. From there it was all good. Liz was the stand in sales manager that day and they offered me a 24 hr test drive so my wife and kid can test the car properly since they weren't with me at first. We scheduled the test drive for Friday. Since they didn't have the color I wanted after the test drive, they let me keep the car for the weekend until they got one I liked. Probably to make sure I came back in although I didn't drive the car more than the agreed 24 hrs. When it was ready, Kansas even came in on her day off to deliver the Mazda 6. The sales manager Jimmy thanked me and walked me over to the business manager to finalize paperwork and I was done. More

Best salesman and customer service I've had buying a car yet and I've bought 12 prior to this. Chris was knowledgeable, patient and had outstanding customer service. He met every need and want of what I was looking for in a car and he made all of it work for the exact price I was needing. It's almost like he couldn't tell me "no". He took care of absolutely any question, issue or concern I had and truly made this car buying experience one that I will gladly tell and reccomend my peers to use first. If you're in the market for a car Chris Dixon is the man that'll make it happen and you'll be his top priority. More

Brett Sanders went above and beyond. We showed up 10 minutes before closing but he stayed late anyways. I already knew I wanted a Mazda 3. He had already pulled it up front when we got there. We took it for a test drive and he showed my husband and I all the specs on the car in detail. Once we got down to the paperwork, he offered us something to drink. He made us feel comfortable.
