1st time shopping for a car This was my 1st time shopping for a car. I had 2 Mazdas in the past and the was trading in was a Mazda. I window shopped the evening before with only This was my 1st time shopping for a car. I had 2 Mazdas in the past and the was trading in was a Mazda. I window shopped the evening before with only 1 employee coming out to see what I needed. He was with another customer and was going to find me help...help that never came so he he came back and took my info. The next day I came back. Same guy saw me and was assisting another customer but was able to have Teresita Ortega assist me. She was great and fun. I knew what I wanted so I didn’t make it difficult. The process was long, having to wait for sales; my car was sent back several time to be clean. It was a used car and still had stuff in it from the prior owner. Then the title was a hassle because even though we had power of attorney to the title(death), that’s not how Tom Bush Mazda does it. So, we had to pay to have names changed because of that. In other times I have gone in, no one hurries to help. I have to search out help. Over all, the experience was not warm(minus Teresita Ortega). I was apart of the OP Mazda for over 20yrs and LOVED THEM. That changed several years ago and I didn’t have a good experience with the Avenues one either. This was my 1st time with the Regency location. It’s disappointing. I LOVE Mazda cars since I’m on my 4th one; all lasting for over 10yrs(1st one was a hand me down). I love my CX-5! More

He started my paperwork and while the finance department prepared my documents, Brett demo’d my new car for me. He valued my business and my time and by the time he was done showing me everything on my new car, Courtney the finance manager was ready for me. Courtney got me thru my paperwork in minutes and I was out the door. Very little wasted time. After marathon car-buying sessions at other dealers I was pleasantly surprised at the teams quickness and professionalism. Thank you to everyone at Tom Bush Mazda. I’ll be back. Customer for life.
