Fantastic Service I had a car accident recently and totaled out my car. After looking in Georgia (as that is where I reside), I decided to go to Jacksonville because I I had a car accident recently and totaled out my car. After looking in Georgia (as that is where I reside), I decided to go to Jacksonville because I could not find a car I was happy with, nor a good price. I ended up at the Tom Bush dealership by chance because they had a used car that I wanted to look for. I was quickly greeted by David Greer who was very accommodating but not the "typical" pushy salesman stereotype either. He allowed my husband and I to browse for a few moments until I saw her...my dream car. The car I had came for was a thought of the past as I was quickly allowed a good test drive to make sure the VW Convertible met my expectations; it did, Dear Reader, it did! After I had decided on my purchase and a good price as well, Mr. Greer and the finance team worked with me to get me in my car. The process was seamless, and I am pleased with my purchase and will be there again when I need to purchase my car. More

My overall buying experience was extremely pleasant and hassle free. The inventory had good stock giving me good number of options to choose my vehicle. Staff were friendly, patient and had good perception of what I was looking for. They’re focused on making the entire process quick n smooth for buyers. It took me less than an hour to complete all paperwork, other formalities and buy the car. I would recommend those who are planning to buy a car at least to visit this dealership and give it a try. I emailed thr We purchased our ’03 Mazda 6 from Steve Garcia a couple days ago. I had to come on here and share the amazing experience we have had! I emailed through their site on Saturday about possibly trading in our vehicle and wanted to get an idea of what we’d get for it. First thing Monday I received an email from Steve making sure I had received a response regarding my inquiry which I hadn’t. I responded with my question about the trade in and informed him that I really hadn’t had great experiences in the past with used car salesmen and that my time was valuable. I didn’t want to waste any time, I had a budget that was non-negotiable. I honestly didn’t expect a response after a gruff email like that, but like I said, I didn’t have warm fuzzies about dealing with any salesman. I was quite surprised when Steve responded quickly that he respected my time, he had a vehicle that was in great condition, only one owner no accidents and below the budget I gave him! He didn’t try to over sell me or max my budget. That alone was enough for me to go check the car out even though the dealership is over 35 miles away from me. When my husband and I arrived, he had the car cleaned and ready to test drive. Steve and his wife were a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. Here we are 2 days later and we had a problem with the car. Honestly, it being a cash car sold as is, Steve could have easily told us tough luck. He was extremely helpful, sent his tow truck driver to pick me and the car up. I was in and out of the dealership in less than 30 minutes with a brand new 2018 rental car to use while they fix the car at no cost to us. This truly is above and beyond any service I have ever received. I couldn’t recommend Steve Garcia high enough, I will be sending my daughter there when she is ready to purchase her car. Steve has restored my faith in car salesmen, there are actually good ones out there! More
