This was such a positive experience for us, devoid of so many of the anxiety producing characteristics associated with car shopping, that we wanted to share our experience with other potential car shoppers. We did have a good idea of what we wanted and the features that are most important to us. We searched the area for cars that met our specifications. We went to several dealerships where we felt the price was too high for the specs, the car was not "clean", or the sales tactics too intimating or manipulative. From the moment we walked on the lot at Tom Bush Mazda our experience was a positive one. They did have the car we wanted and it was exactly as described on the website. Our Sales Associate, Lance (L.T.) Tunsill was informative and willing to work with us on price and terms. He gave us the time we needed to make our decision. It was all smooth, easy, and fair. There was no "hard sell" or "haggling" and no hidden costs. Several days after we completed purchasing the car, we noticed one of the digital remotes did not work. When we let the dealership know this, the General Sale's Manager of Tom Bush Mazda, Robert Hudson, stepped in to rectify the situation by actually paying the Toyota Dealership to re-program the remote. We are very pleased with our car and pleasantly surprised at the positive nature of the purchase experience. We highly recommend Tom Bush Mazda and Sales Associate Lance ( L.T.)
