Come prepared and leave happy. We purchased a new CX-5. Our sales rep was very knowledgeable. He took us on a test drive and showed us a all of the features. It was because of that We purchased a new CX-5. Our sales rep was very knowledgeable. He took us on a test drive and showed us a all of the features. It was because of that test drive and the sales rep that we made a purchase. I liked that we were under no pressure to buy and we had a chance to weigh out our options. We came backs a few months later and met the same sales rep. He showed us the CX-5s he had in stock and we selected the one we wanted. The numbers is where I felt the dealer (not the sales rep) could do better. After going back and forth on the amount the car would sell for, the amount our trade in was worth, and the amount we would put down we finally came to an agreement. The difference was almost $4k. Talk about overpaying for something 😅. Bottom line, this is a great dealership and Samer Azzrak was a great salesmen for us who showed a lot of patients. But a dealer is still a dealer, they don’t have your best interest in mind. The dollar is still their bottom line and if you don’t come prepaired to haggle then you might be overpaying. More
