After exploring many dealerships I came into Tom Bush BMW/VW. I was not exactly sure what I was looking for but knew my budget. My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting JD in the Used Cars department. H BMW/VW. I was not exactly sure what I was looking for but knew my budget. My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting JD in the Used Cars department. He showed us several cars as I was "just looking" He explained to us the "no hassle" approach which was evident. We parted company as I was still looking. After visiting 3 more dealeships around the Jacksonville area that afternoon, and findng my self in two finance managers office with them hounding me to sign on the bottm line I then decided I was going back the following day to see JD. I called him the next morning to see what time he would be in. We met him the next day spending an hour or so together. He found us a car, 2007 Jetta which we both loved and which fit perfectly in our budget. We decided we were giving our business to JD and Tom Bush. As the finance office was a little busy at the time (good problem to have) JD offered to take care of our lunch at Carraba's restaurant down the street. He gaves us keys to another vehicule to test drive, appealing to my wife taste in vehicules (good move there). We enjoyed our lunch, met with the finance manager and were on our way. We had the experience of purchasing a car this past week. Our salesman, Mr. Loh, was professional from beginning to end and so extremely knowledgeable in all areas of Volkswagon sales. He helped us narrow the number of cars we had to look at by asking relevant questions to match our choices to his on lot inventory. He also offered a carfax without us asking, the fax helped us make a informed choice. He did not pressure us in to buying the car today but made a offer when we were about to leave which aided us in the final decision. More

I showed up about 10 minutes before opening time but that didn't matter, they were still happy to show me the car I was looking to buy. They explained everything along the way and answered all my questions as I am a first time car buyer. From the minute I met Joseph I never felt like he was trying to sell me something. I didn't feel pressured to buy a vehicle from him. We talked at length about many things other than cars and he was very personable. I felt that I could relate to Joseph and he earned my trust. Joseph was very accommodating and helpful. I really appreciated the extended test drives that ultimately made up my mind about which vehicle I was going to buy. When I am ready to purchase another vehicle in a few years, I hope Joseph is still at Tom Bush because I have already told him we will be back for another. Thanks for the great buying experience! My wife and I drove in from the panhandle in hopes of finding her a Toyota 4Runner. After a month or so of getting nowhere with our local dealerships (apparently they think locals won't drive 4.5 hours t finding her a Toyota 4Runner. After a month or so of getting nowhere with our local dealerships (apparently they think locals won't drive 4.5 hours to save money), we decided to try a larger market, like Jacksonville. Prior to leaving, we looked online and made a list of dealerships that had the 4Runner's we liked. After visiting 2 other dealers in Jacksonville first, our third stop was at Tom Bush (sadly, we could have saved half a day's time), where we met John Wilson - right as they were closing. John stayed over an hour past closing to make sure we got to see the 4Runner's we liked and had enough time to work with General sales manager Robert Hudson on the price. As cliche as it sounds, this was a 100% hassle-free environment from start to finish. We told Robert and John which car we liked and how much we could afford using the financing at our local credit union, and they made it work. We came back the following day to finalize our deal and John walked us through it all. As newlyweds, it was our first car purchased together, so this made it easy. We got a practically new 4Runner (less than 19k miles) for a steal and they gave us blue-book for our trade - that's how it's supposed to be done! Finance Manager Dan Fagan was a breeze to work with as well when it came to making sure we could drive it off the lot. Title work, financing, etc. was done without trying to squeeze in add-on's and other fees. We can't say enough good things about these guys at Tom Bush Volkswagen. Ironically, they day after we got back home with the car we received a call from our local Toyota dealer asking if we'd like to come in again to discuss a 4Runner we previously test-drove. My wife quickly told them we already got one over the weekend in Jacksonville, with 30k less miles in mint condition for $3,000 less than price they offered! More
