My wife and I drove in from the panhandle in hopes of finding her a Toyota 4Runner. After a month or so of getting nowhere with our local dealerships (apparently they think locals won't drive 4.5 hours t finding her a Toyota 4Runner. After a month or so of getting nowhere with our local dealerships (apparently they think locals won't drive 4.5 hours to save money), we decided to try a larger market, like Jacksonville. Prior to leaving, we looked online and made a list of dealerships that had the 4Runner's we liked. After visiting 2 other dealers in Jacksonville first, our third stop was at Tom Bush (sadly, we could have saved half a day's time), where we met John Wilson - right as they were closing. John stayed over an hour past closing to make sure we got to see the 4Runner's we liked and had enough time to work with General sales manager Robert Hudson on the price. As cliche as it sounds, this was a 100% hassle-free environment from start to finish. We told Robert and John which car we liked and how much we could afford using the financing at our local credit union, and they made it work. We came back the following day to finalize our deal and John walked us through it all. As newlyweds, it was our first car purchased together, so this made it easy. We got a practically new 4Runner (less than 19k miles) for a steal and they gave us blue-book for our trade - that's how it's supposed to be done! Finance Manager Dan Fagan was a breeze to work with as well when it came to making sure we could drive it off the lot. Title work, financing, etc. was done without trying to squeeze in add-on's and other fees. We can't say enough good things about these guys at Tom Bush Volkswagen. Ironically, they day after we got back home with the car we received a call from our local Toyota dealer asking if we'd like to come in again to discuss a 4Runner we previously test-drove. My wife quickly told them we already got one over the weekend in Jacksonville, with 30k less miles in mint condition for $3,000 less than price they offered! More

I had a VW Passat that was not running well and had it towed there. They sent someone to my house that a.m. and it was in the service garage within the hour.
