I brought in my veichle for oil change service and right after started to hear a noise call the service back and left messages no one returned my call until I called again two days later, brought in my veic after started to hear a noise call the service back and left messages no one returned my call until I called again two days later, brought in my veichle again it took over three hours to diagnose the problem, left the veichle because they were going to try to see if the issue was covered under warranty I was suppose to get a call back the next day well never received that call on Friday, then Monday I called and was told that it was a transfer case. I decided to pick up my veichle and not allow them to touch it anymore obviously they have loudsy mechanics and horrible customer care. I have been coming to this dealer ship for service for many years with Because of their lack of customer care I will no longer purchase a german made veichle since this is my only option in jacksonville to take it for service. More

After exploring many dealerships I came into Tom Bush BMW/VW. I was not exactly sure what I was looking for but knew my budget. My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting JD in the Used Cars department. H BMW/VW. I was not exactly sure what I was looking for but knew my budget. My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting JD in the Used Cars department. He showed us several cars as I was "just looking" He explained to us the "no hassle" approach which was evident. We parted company as I was still looking. After visiting 3 more dealeships around the Jacksonville area that afternoon, and findng my self in two finance managers office with them hounding me to sign on the bottm line I then decided I was going back the following day to see JD. I called him the next morning to see what time he would be in. We met him the next day spending an hour or so together. He found us a car, 2007 Jetta which we both loved and which fit perfectly in our budget. We decided we were giving our business to JD and Tom Bush. As the finance office was a little busy at the time (good problem to have) JD offered to take care of our lunch at Carraba's restaurant down the street. He gaves us keys to another vehicule to test drive, appealing to my wife taste in vehicules (good move there). We enjoyed our lunch, met with the finance manager and were on our way. Great experience as soon as we walked in the door. Anthony really sold us the vehicle b/c we entered the dealership just browsing. There was little to no real hassle on the price. We had the experience of purchasing a car this past week. Our salesman, Mr. Loh, was professional from beginning to end and so extremely knowledgeable in all areas of Volkswagon sales.
