I came in looking for the new 2022 VW Taos and Kenny Loh showed me the SEL model which is what I was looking for. We went for a test drive and he was able to show me all of the features in this new car. The showed me the SEL model which is what I was looking for. We went for a test drive and he was able to show me all of the features in this new car. They didn't have the color I wanted in stock at the time. Kenny was able to search in their system and see when the next vehicle in the color I was looking for was coming in and gave me all of the information I needed to make my decision. I didn't feel pressured to buy at all and was reassured that they would be there with me through my decision making process. I was able to call and text Kenny with questions as I thought things through. I ultimately ended up going with the Cornflower Blue 2022 VW Taos and Kenny even arranged to get it to me earlier than we thought possible so I would have it for an upcoming vacation. When I got to the dealership to finalize the purchase Kenny had put a bow on the car with my name on the windshield. He really made the car buying process so stress-free and fun. I wouldn't have rather bought a car from anybody else! I am so happy with my new car and will be telling all of my friends and family to go see Kenny at Tom Bush VW! They are truly good people. More

Kenny Loh negotiated a lease for me via email. Had the card ready with a bow on it upon arrival. I’ve never had this done at any dealer. Best part, Dan the finance guy had me in and out within minutes w card ready with a bow on it upon arrival. I’ve never had this done at any dealer. Best part, Dan the finance guy had me in and out within minutes without trying to upsell me on anything. He asked, I declined, then he moved on. Pleasurable experience. More
