I came in looking for the new 2022 VW Taos and Kenny Loh showed me the SEL model which is what I was looking for. Kenny was able to search in their system and see when the next vehicle in the color I was looking for was coming in and gave me all of the information I needed to make my decision. I didn't feel pressured to buy at all and was reassured that they would be there with me through my decision making process. I was able to call and text Kenny with questions as I thought things through. I ultimately ended up going with the Cornflower Blue 2022 VW Taos and Kenny even arranged to get it to me earlier than we thought possible so I would have it for an upcoming vacation. When I got to the dealership to finalize the purchase Kenny had put a bow on the car with my name on the windshield. He really made the car buying process so stress-free and fun.
