The sale was easy- service was not easy. Repair parts were ordered and it took 3 months: June 3rd til Sept 10th Wife had called multiple times, left messages and only spoke with someone 3 of Repair parts were ordered and it took 3 months: June 3rd til Sept 10th Wife had called multiple times, left messages and only spoke with someone 3 of the 8 calls. Service was scheduled and completed, upon returning home noticed the underside cover was missing from the center console, called two times to get to a cust service rep. Wife returned to shop to search and pick it up. The part was still in the shop (technician thought it was to be replaced but it was okay to be installed back into the vehicle) This was frustrating and time wasted. More
