Horrible Service Department They could not fit me in for an oil change appointment I had made. Walked into the service center woman at desk was rolling her eyes and sighing then They could not fit me in for an oil change appointment I had made. Walked into the service center woman at desk was rolling her eyes and sighing then slammed the phone before she asked me what I needed. Then insisted she sent me an email which went into my junk mail. I never received a phone call. It wasn't until I said I'll just go somewhere else when she said I'll try and fit you in. As I was leaving the other woman just started laughing like I was there to amuse her. Later spoke with the service manager and he said she should have fit me in regardless of any appaointment made. That walk in oil changes are always welcome. He had no actual plan on resolving the issue he just assumed I'd go somewhere else. Now I know the dealer will just respond to this message and say it was my fault and they did all they could do. I've gotten over 100 oil changes in my life and was never treated like this. There is a reason why people make appointment and I assume there is a reason why your website allows people to make appointments on it. We live in a world of convienience. You provided me with a very inconvienient experience and for that I am writing this complaint. More

Worst Experience Worst service department and managers I have ever dealt with. I spend most of my life at the service center due to their inability to actually identif Worst service department and managers I have ever dealt with.
