Told them on numerous occasions to test drive the vehicle before they give it back and every single time the noise was still present. More

I waited 3 hrs for the car to be diagnosed and I was an 8 am appt. After they said they would need the car for an additional two hours minimum. I'm like I cannot stay here all day.
