Everything went great I was kept in formed of everything that was wrong and how they would fix it. One thing that I would suggest is that when you’re service advisors go on vacation is that they change thei that was wrong and how they would fix it. One thing that I would suggest is that when you’re service advisors go on vacation is that they change their voice mail message and say that they are on vacation and that the customer needs to contact another service advisor other wise the customer just waits for their service advisor to call them back otherwise everything else was great except that they forgot to put my lug nut security socket back to me and I found out the hard way when I got a flat tire and didn’t have my security socket to change my tire (maybe a free oil change could be given to me for my in convenience) More
