I explained the problem had to be something beyond normal fixes. Asked them to check wiring, security system, computer... argued with them it wasn't the crankshaft or the ignition switch. $1350 and one week fixes. Needs new wiring in the harness around the battery. Needs new springs. Body is lying a bit low and keeps hitting the wires. Maybe I could have it fixed for my 4 teenagers and i, had we not just spent so much money for some guy to over mansplain my issue as if I don't know anything I'm talking about. I was a little disappointed with my experience this time - the communication was not great. I dropped my car off in the morning 8:00am for an oil change and diagnostic for a noise, and didn't hear anything - the communication was not great.
