Took my car there on a Thursday @9 , Was told I would get a courtesy call to know if I needed to get loner until mine was finished. Nobody called. I called them and got told the mechanic hasn't finished they a courtesy call to know if I needed to get loner until mine was finished. Nobody called. I called them and got told the mechanic hasn't finished they will call you tomorrow (Friday morning ). Next morning came no call no nothing. Closed the weekend and the holiday didn't reopen until that following Tuesday got told diagnostic will be about 180. Got there to pick up my truck after 5 days of it being held there , total came to over 300 dollars. Nobody called and told me that there was two different test you have to run for what I needed checked out because if I knew that I would have said never mind. More
