Smooth transaction and awesome experience. I have been a Kelley Cadillac customer for many years. My previous salesman Chuck Roth retired. Jackson Russell did not let me down. From first call to delivery he was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He made sure we were informed about all the updates from my previous Cadillac by having Quinton go over all features until we were comfortable with each one. Customer service is excellent. Jackson Russell came out in the blowing snow and cold wind to show me several vehicles.
