My check engine light came on and they worked me in to review it. Nothing was found to be wrong, but on checking out, the gal reminded me of my brakes needing worked on. I was glad she reminded me as they had said a year ago that my brakes needed worked on. So glad that I have always taken my 2006 Lucerne to a Buick dealership!

Purchased my Cadillac up near where I live in Oakland County, MI at a big(ger) Cadillac dealer. I am in the Toledo area a few times a month and stopped in at Taylor when I had an issue. The service provided was exceptional, and far beyond what I had experienced at the two big(ger) Cadillac dealerships up near me. James Hardy in the Service Department provides superior customer service. After two service visits, Taylor Cadillac is now my go-to dealer for service issues (but hoping not to have too many)... well worth my 90 mile drive to bring my Cadillac to Taylor.

Took my 22 Yukon in for a recall. No service lights were on when I took it to Winters GMC. They did the L87 recall checks and somehow the knock sensor wires came out of the housing. Now I owe them $350 to fix my vehicle. I’m sure the wires were damaged by the mechanic. Don’t worry I pay for your mistake. Thanks Jim Winters!

Buyer Beware! If they told the truth here they would choke on it!! I could speak in specifics for over an hour, I was deceived about the condition of my vehicle, I am having the frame checked, it’s actually dangerous to drive! $65000.00 vehicle unrivaled! I was deceived about the cost of warranties, I was deceived by the finance manager Carly about canceling the warranties, and the general manager, Tad should be fired. Not only does Tad condone this behavior. I believe he fosters it.. My opinion that the dealership is stole $12,000 from me, and I will be pursuing the state of Michigan’s consumer fraud protection laws. Buyer beware read all the negative reviews and you will see how they really are. Most people write reviews the day they get the vehicles or while they’re sitting in the office and never follow up. You better believe if they’re doing it to me, they’re gonna do it to you.!

I recently less than 2 months ago purchased a 2015 gmc Acadia. Supposedly they do inspections on all their vehicles. Not the case here. In less than 2 months I have had to repair and replace several items. The brake pedal sensor, had to have it calibrated, replace the power steering pump and the radiator hose had to be replaced because it was collapsed. Will never purchase another vehicle from them. It was never inspected prior to them selling it or they would have caught and repaired these problems!
