The day finally came, went to pick up my new 2025 XT5 and drove home in my same car I drove to dealership with. Car had to have fuel tank replaced, took approx. 1 week. I did talk them into putting on all 4 splash guards though, thinking it was only going to be a couple days. When I found out a whole week, I did receive a 2025 XT5 demo car in place of mine, but couldn't get a Lyrica and tried to get the running boards also installed complementary for the inconvenience, but was a no go. I am 65 and this was my first car I ever bought from a dealer. Things happen, so stay cool calm and collect. I would suggest buying from Kelley Cadillac, my salesman Jackson was great and so was the floor manager Chris. More
