There is nothing to discuss. What you did Was wrong plan and simple. All this has turned into is finger pointing between your people. Two wrongs here. 1) I should of been contacted as soon as ordering was open since I was first to put in request per your manager have text to prove. Someone from Cadillac should of reached out to me. 2) the price I was told should of been honored. You tired to rip off a very loyal customer to put 25k per profit into your pocket. GM did not charge you 25k more for this car. You sold it to someone in Texas that will very likely never do business with you again instead of taking care of a local, and having my business for many years to come. Horrible business decision. This cost you more than 25k in the end .
