Tom took the time to be familiar with the car and the options to be able to describe it knowledgably, was detailed in describing it's used state, started the relationship by confirming preferred method of communications, established trust by sending personalized videos of the vehicle as "proof of life" and its state which we reciprocated in a Webex video call (Im sure they could do Facetime or similar too) and kept me apprised through the entire transaction and prep of the car for transportation which he arranged for at a great price. The vehicle arrived to me 2400 miles later to my door in perfect condition, as described and shown in the video, in an enclosed trailer. The paper work was clean, organized, overnighted where needed for signature. Through no fault of his own there was a challenge with the title transfer to Oregon, but he and the Tom Kelley team bent over backwards to come up with and resolve in a timely manner while keeping me apprised regularly on the progress the whole way.
