I took my Jeep recently for an oil change because I reached the miles listed on the car sticker - instead of charging me for an oil change, they let me know that my oil did not need a change at that time and that I had a few thousand miles left with it. Paul at the service department is always courteous and very helpful. They always get the car service completed in a timely fashion, and update us on the status while we wait. More

Great Service! My wife and I were travelling on Thursday, October 5, 2017 between Tennessee and Michigan. We heard a noise coming from under our Jeep Liberty that be My wife and I were travelling on Thursday, October 5, 2017 between Tennessee and Michigan. We heard a noise coming from under our Jeep Liberty that became louder as we progressed. We followed directions to the nearest dealership which was Tom O’Brien Jeep in Indianapolis, IN. We pulled into their service department and explained our situation. They were very understanding and our service advisor, Joe Albright, assigned a technician to take a look. The technician, Sam, had the issue solved very quickly and got back to me in minutes. A heat shield came loose and we were happy that is was not something more serious. We expected to pay for the service but were surprised when they said there was no charge. This was extraordinary service in my view as we were travelling and did not know anyone in the area. We were in and out of their beautiful dealership in 30 minutes or so. Thank you very much Tom O’Brien and thank your Service Department staff for the great service!
