My first contact with the Tom O'Brien Greenwood dealership was with Jason James via email. From the onset, Jason was very helpful and not pushy at all, which is one thing really I appreciate. He answered every question I had concerning the car promptly. We live about an hour South of Greenwood so when I was finally able to make it to see the Challenger, it was late on a Saturday afternoon. Cody Bronson was so kind as to show us the car, even though it was just a few minutes before closing. The following Monday, once again it was late before we made it to take the Challenger for a test drive...like 6:30p.m. I called Cody when we were enroute to Greenwood to make sure they were going to be open later and that he would be there...He remembered me looking at the car before, which impressed me. Cody was so cordial, helpful, and knowledgeable...a class act indeed! Long story short...I drove our 2016 Dodge Challenger home the same night. Almost forgot to mention Business Manager Jessie Mattick...thanks Jessie. I can say without reservation that everyone I dealt with at Tom O'Brein Greenwood good people! More

Best Experience EVER! Went in knowing WHAT I wanted to buy! Had just left the "Big Parking Lot Sale" at the mall. Looked at a few WAY over priced (and used with no warranty Went in knowing WHAT I wanted to buy! Had just left the "Big Parking Lot Sale" at the mall. Looked at a few WAY over priced (and used with no warranty) Jeeps. Decided to go check out the prices of a new one at O'Brien. Pulled in, no Salesman attacked me when I exited my vehicle...HUGE plus. Found Scott who is in finance by the door...told him what I wanted and asked him to find me someone that wanted to sell me a jeep TODAY. He brought Josh out, I told him what I wanted and what my payment needed (per my husband..lol) to be. He immediately promised he could do it. I spotted the one I wanted (3 months of research and friends/family recommendations) and within 3 hours I was a New Jeep owner! Drove it home that day....took it back 2 days later for added upgrades and had her back home in 48 hours! Loved the experience of NOT having someone try to get over on me because I didn't have a man with me and definately recommend O'Brien! I ?? my Jeep! More
Great "small town" personal experience I have only lived in the area a few years and needed to trade my jeep. I was very fortunate to find Tom O'Brien dealership and especially Chris Lett. I have only lived in the area a few years and needed to trade my jeep. I was very fortunate to find Tom O'Brien dealership and especially Chris Lett. He spoke to me on the phone, gave me his cell and arranged a time at my convenience. Even though he had other customers, he gave me personal attention and assisted me in every way in finding the jeep that met my needs. The other staff I interacted with were equally as friendly. I left that day not only with my new Cherokee but feeling good about the experience and knowing I have resources when I need them at Tom O'Brien and especially with Chris. Thanks Chris! More
A FlimFlam and Tried to Scam a Mother with Disabled Son! Wow, where to start? We took my daughter in to see John Nehans a few days ago and talked to him about a van she needs in order to modify for handicap Wow, where to start? We took my daughter in to see John Nehans a few days ago and talked to him about a van she needs in order to modify for handicap use because her Son was a near drowning victim at age 2 and now has Cerebral Palsy. (His Dad decided to take a nap during his visitation and Little Rylan drowned in a retention pond he walked into). So, we met with him and he talked to her about a Chrysler Pasifica and got her price to 27,500.00. We took a couple days to think about it, they ran her credit and then said they shorted her money on a loan and she needed a down payment of 7200.00. I started to dig into it and it turns out that they raised the price (of the very same vehicle) $5,000.00. So they were trying to get the bank to approve more money than we were told the van would cost. You should have heard the excuses. It was so much crap we got up and walked out. I can't believe they would try to scam a young mother with a disabled child who will need to hold on to this vehicle for YEARS once the mod is done for a wheel chair. It was disgusting and the Finance guy (Kevin Miller, that's what John told us his name was) never even came out to talk. I am sure he could not face the people he was trying to screw. I promise this will be ALL OVER social media and don't buy a car from them if you want to protect your wallet (or have any conscious empathy for people in these circumstances). More

Excellent. speed pf service was great. Paul was great. I came in for an oil change on 8/23/17. Met Paul at the service entrance. I was impressed with the speed of service.
