I was far from home, being from Greensboro, GA visiting my son, his wife and my granddaughters when for some reason, the electronics on my Tundra became an issue. I had it towed in and was met by Chris Lat my son, his wife and my granddaughters when for some reason, the electronics on my Tundra became an issue. I had it towed in and was met by Chris Lathangue who at that point treated me so well as did all of the staff during the two weeks my truck remained at the dealership. We worked together to resolve insurance issues, breakdown cause, parts ordering and the time involved to do this. Although it did take a couple of weeks to get it repaired, I always knew I (and my Truck) were being treated with the best of care and service by Pappas Toyota. It is people like Chris and the others there why I have owned over 12 Toyotas in my life. I am 70 and believe this truck is my last vehicle I will buy. (Unless you want to sell me the 1794 if isn't already gone) If I knew who to contact at Toyota Headquarters (and if they would read my email), I would tell them that Chris and Pappas Toyota gave me the best treatment I have ever had! They could have easily passed me off, knowing I had flown back to Georgia, given me the run around, and waited a while to fix it, what was I going to do, fly back out and drive it home? But they didn't. They were great and I sincerely appreciate what they did for me. It was like having good old southern hospitality in Metro St Louis. The next time I am in O'Fallon visiting my family, I hope to take time to stop by and thank them personally! Their service and kindness deserve a face to face thanks! My sincerest appreciation to Chris and Pappas Toyota! More
