Feliz my service advisor did a great job keeping me informed of the status of my vehicle. Sonya helped me at the very end even though it was near closing time and she didn’t have to go out of her way to help me. There are others here that I had positive encounters with as well but I didn’t get their names. Your service department is fantastic and everyone that works there deserves recognition. My experience was the best I have ever had. Recently bought a 2019 Toyota Corolla Le. If I didn’t want into the door with every intention on buying a car I would’ve left in the car I showed up in. The salesmen I dealt with Fernando was on his phon want into the door with every intention on buying a car I would’ve left in the car I showed up in. The salesmen I dealt with Fernando was on his phone on and off when showing me the car, during the test drive he seemed un interested about everything I was saying up until I said I wanted to buy the car. I also wanted to look at a 2014 Toyota Corolla that he claimed was in the shop but I later called the service department and the car hadn’t been in the shop since it arrived for inspection. The guy kept trying to get my girlfriend to buy a second car after he saw her credit even tho we kept telling him no she didn’t have a steady income and we wanted to wait for her. Later doing some research if we would’ve bought the second car her credit would’ve plummeted and I have a feeling they knew that he just wanted the commission. So the plastic under the bumper of my new car was un attached and I didn’t realize till leaving the dealership because it started dragging and almost ripped on the bottom of my car bumper. I also found a clip in the front grill is broken and a plastic piece by the hood is broken. I was promised 3 years of free maintenance and they acted as if they were there to do everything they can to help but when I brought the problems to there attention I got told yes and no by a few people just to get told by the finance manager also Fernando that after I buy the car everything is as is and there’s nothing they can do to help. None of the issues were brought to my attention but they claim the thoroughly inspect the cars before selling them. I’ve had the car 3 days this is my first real nice car, the newest vehicle I had was a 1999 so I was very disappointed to see the minor issues with the car because it looks trashy and I didn’t do those things to the car and not only to I have a payment to worry about, I have to fix things to the car I didn’t even do. I understand buying a used car nothing will be perfect but they could’ve brought these things to my attention before selling me the car. They also told me if the bottom of my bumper would’ve ripped off as I left that it was my fault and I would’ve been screwed. Before leaving I asked them if they were going to fix there mess ups or if I’m screwed and the told me I was screwed. Not to mention I’ve been waiting on my documents for the car for a week now and there telling me I’ll get them by Monday. I’m sure people have experienced worse but they’ve made purchasing a car very stressful and I wouldn’t think twice to go back here. More
