Love the truck but took forever to work out a few issues Started off by being invited to come look at a truck that had been sold but they found a comparable truck for the same price. I’ve done dealer transfer purchases before but have never been told I had to sign papers and complete purchase sight unseen. When I arrived 6 days later I was told that paperwork had to be done over because that truck was gone and they now had a third truck. We got through that but this truck was just brought with the 1 key in it and no spare or owners manual or entry keypad code. I also was told I had to purchase xzilan treatment to be able to get financing. With a 770-780 credit score I found this hard to believe but went ahead and got it. After a few calls to sales always got different stories about missing items. Finally called asking for a sales manager and got transferred to a sales manager’s voicemail where I left a message but never received a return call. I finally went into dealership (about 5 weeks after purchase) and asked to speak to a manager and met Tyler. A check on computer to find where truck came from and a phone call and 5 minutes later the missing items were being mailed and Xzilon treatment was scheduled (thank you Tyler). Love the truck, just wish it hadn’t taken so long to resolve all issues. More

The sales person Michael Baldwin did every thing he could but the used car manger tried to give us $8,000.00 under their on-line guaranteed quote. Gave us BS that the 4-wheel drive was broken. Took our business to Hubler they gave the us the on-line appraised value and every incentive. We were delayed at Tom Wood for over 4 hours, at Hubler we had a deal in 30 minutes. Bought a F150 King Ranch from Hubler, oh my family had purchased four cars from Tom Woods in the past and we recommended countless others will never go back to Tom Woods and never recommend them to others. Hubler wants your business and they are forthright. More

This past weekend, I was assisted by Tom Kashman and he was professional and showed genuine care regarding my concerns I had for my vehicle. It was a little rocky at first due to miscommunication but Tom stepped in a assisted and made things much better. I felt heard and understood regarding my over all concerns about my vehicle. I am truly happy with the experience I had and feel good about the relationship I have with Tom Ford and their employees I have worked with!!! More

He called my husband but forgot to mention the axel leaking donut wasn't repaired. Don' t know where the miss communucation occured but the transaxle leak didn't get repaired. More
