With many completely satisfied customers, including yourself as a repeat customer twice before, you had to understand there was a misunderstanding with the price given to the trade value. After our phone conversation your concerns were addressed. I personally kept you updated and Sales Manager Patrick Hoffman called to apologize again and presented a better offer. At that time you declined and advised you have found a vehicle elsewhere. Your concerns were valid.
