My Lexus Experience When I decided to "replace" my trusty 9 year old Jeep, I did a bunch of research of what I might want. I came up with THREE cars, all SUV's, Jeep, Aud When I decided to "replace" my trusty 9 year old Jeep, I did a bunch of research of what I might want. I came up with THREE cars, all SUV's, Jeep, Audi and Lexus. All these dealerships were within feet of each other and the entrance to all was a simple right hand turn for me, For some untoward reason, my car turned into the Lexus entrance, Salesman Joe Brumfeld came up to me and asked if I needed help. Well, four hours later I was STILL there AND had made a deposit on an RX 350. Joe made me feel so welcomed, he never acted like I was taking up too much of his time and he seemed genuinely happy to answer all my questions, even though some may have been mundane. I met other workers while there and they were also very thoughtful and caring, Now I do realize these people are there to make money, but I soooo had a good feeling about this place and its product! The rest is history, I never did visit the other two dealerships but I did intend to lol Thanks Joe and all! Hope everyone continues to treat me in the special manner which I deserve lol More

Went for service, bought a car We took our Lexus 350 in for regular maintenance and ended up trading it in for a new one.
