Confused Took care in for service around 33k.miles. The service attendant called and said my rotors were going out and oh by the way that is not covered so it Took care in for service around 33k.miles. The service attendant called and said my rotors were going out and oh by the way that is not covered so it will cost you $400-$500 (don’t remember exact amount). I mentioned to my husband who was flabbergasted. He called the service guy back and challenged him that a car with 33k mikes could have bad rotors. Long story short, he “researched” and found that it was covered. Clearly if there are bad rotors at 33k mikes, my future looks bleak in this vehicle. I don’t remember his name. More
Mantunance errors After I got home the light of engine is turned on. I was planning to travel in the next day morning but this issue changed my plan and my mood. Bad thing is that I live in the south and that mean I need to drive 45 minuets to get back to Tom lixus. After I came to them they fixed the problem and I have told that this is the mantunance fault because they missed something. Any way, that is scarred me too much and I expect from Tom Wood Lexus apology in such as free change oil in the next visiting. Thanks Alarifi More

Disappointed in customer service I arrived at 4:25 to drop off my car for an oil change and a new set of tires. I was greeted in the garage and told a service consultant would be with I arrived at 4:25 to drop off my car for an oil change and a new set of tires. I was greeted in the garage and told a service consultant would be with me shortly. After several minutes standing in the garage, I was asked to wait in the lounge. After 25 minutes in the lounge, I stopped an employee and asked for help. He asked my name and left. He returned 5 minutes later asked for the spelling of my name. Several minutes later he walked me down to Travis Keller. I left at 5:30. The next afternoon I inquired via text and voice message on the status of my car, and wanting to know if an alignment would be necessary. Travis did not respond. The operator recognizing my voice on my third call asked if she could help me and she was able to tell me my car was on hold, but not what that meant. Shortly after I received a text message from Shanan Willis that my tires had not arrived. Wednesday afternoon I received a text from Shanan that an alignment was recommended, which I completely forgot about, and agreed. Shortly after I received a text that my car was ready for pick up. When I arrived Wednesday afternoon I stood again in the garage for over 10 minutes waiting for some kind of acknowledgement. I was taken to a service consultant whose name I did not get. After paying my bill I asked for a copy of the maintenance check by the mechanic. Apparently, it was not done or not updated since it still recommended tires and other maintenance items I had done during my last visit. I am very disappointed in this level of service and if I had not recently purchased a new RX would consider doing business elsewhere. More
