I first became involved with the Tom Wood Lexus dealership in 2020 when I purchased a Lexus ES 350. It was during Covid, and I was a new widow. I had been studying them and looking. I knew about the redesign of the ES350 and thought I should trade my 2020 before 2027. James Gamble and Ethan Miller were the salesmen who helped me. I had a lot of questions, and I needed advice. They were great: kind and patient. James even went back a few days later when I realized that I had left a fob (which opened my neighborhood gate) in a small compartment by the steering wheel . He found it and got it back to me. Another person who has helped me numerous times is Steve Card, the technology specialist. I came back a few years after purchasing my ES350 to get additional help. I have an appointment later this week to get more tech help from Steve with this new vehicle. Thank you for having such a tremendous work force. Keep up the exceptional job of helping all of us.
