Excellent Customer service This was my first experience with Tom Woods Lexus as well as my first purchase of a Lexus. I live approximately 3 hours away from the dealership. Alicia Crutcher & Lori Moss were wonderful from the beginning to the end. The customer service experience I received was very genuine. The fact that I was buying a used car and not new you wouldn't have known the difference in the service. They both went above and beyond and did everything they could to answer my questions, concerns, and to satisfy my needs. I bought a 2016 Lexus NX200t with the Extended Warranty. You cant beat the Warranty that Lexus offers and the service at Tom Woods. I absolutely love my Lexus and everything about it. Would highly recommend this dealership. If every decide to trade again or buy new will definetly make the trip again because it was well worth it. More

Disappointing Appointment to check screeching sound. (Belt?). Also asked to check battery as it had died after brief time with hatch left open recently. Could no Appointment to check screeching sound. (Belt?). Also asked to check battery as it had died after brief time with hatch left open recently. Could not find cause of noise, recommended $3,000 of other issues, including lightbulbs. Did not check battery. ??? I did have them replace belts even though they couldn’t find problem. Replaced belts, wipers, oil change. $650+. Come on Tom Wood, throw in a few light bulbs. Not a happy customer here. Also, spoke to 3 different customer service guys, who hadn’t shared info with each other regarding my service. More
