Katelyn did not seem interested in answering my questions. Her communication and follow through was slow and weak. The result of these issues have prohibited me from purchasing the 2019 RX vehicle. I have used Tom Wood Lexus for 20 years. My immediate family owns 4 RX 350’s and 1 NX Sport. We clearly love the product but Katelyn stopped us dead in our tracks with her inability or lack of desire to answer questions. More
