Upon finding that car, we were contacted & set up a time to see the vehicle. The salesperson, James Gamble assisted us. He was a very outgoing salesperson that made us comfortable & went out of his way to make sure we had all of our questions & concerns addressed. After test driving the vehicle, our Lexus GX460 was evaluated for a trade-in value. Once we decided to move forward with the purchase, we had a preconceived value of our trade-in. We received the trade-in value we were seeking, which allowed us to move forward with the sale. The new car was cleaned & filled with gas & we were on our way. I would recommend Tom Wood Lexus to anyone for a truly pleasurable experience when making this kind of purchase. The entire Lexus staff was wonderful to work with.
