I called these people on a Saturday because my tire had gone flat. Shane the service manager made sure the tire was in stock and told me to directly bring the car in and they would get it fixed. I have been very happy with the service that I have received at Tom Wood Porsche since moving to the area a few years ago. I shipped my 911 from southern California to Indy before the moving van could received at Tom Wood Porsche since moving to the area a few years ago. I shipped my 911 from southern California to Indy before the moving van could transport the rest of our belongings to our new home. The dealership graciously took delivery of the car, serviced it, and held on to it until I could get it picked up. I most recently realized that I only had one working key, so I took the three keys I had in to figure out the problem. For a nominal fee, all three keys were reprogrammed and I am so happy that if I misplace a key, I have backups. Thank you to Dakoda and the service team for going the extra mile to get everything back in shape! More
