Frustrating time this go. Car taken in for recall on Friday. Told would be done Monday. No updates have to continue to call near end of business day each day for an update. Told the car is done on Wednesday and to pick at my convenience. Check the website shows Tom Wood Subaru is open till 8pm, get there at 6:30pm only to find service department is closed at 6:00pm but the floor is open. No one would run my car or get a receipt so now have to come back another day to get my car back. pretty frustrated with the lack of communication at this time. More

This visit to the Tom Wood Subaru service center was primarily for a recall service repair (free) and an oil change. Of course they always want to up-sell on changing the cabin air filter, too. This dealers service area has several pleasant waiting areas for customers and serviceable wi-fi, and the staff is usually friendly and nice to work with. More

Purchase a new Subaru about two months. Right rear tire began losing air. Took in for service and found it had a nail and needed to be plugged. Charged $40.
