We had the best experience at Tom Wood Subaru on Friday. Service was excellent and Wilfred Chen was so helpful. We were having our car serviced and rear brake pads on our Subaru Forester. During the service several other things needed to be fixed. Wilfred then offered us a courtesy car so we didn’t have to wait for the repairs to be completed. Camryn Meyer was our Service Advisor a couple of days ago on our Outback. She is extremely knowledgeable, communicates issues very well and gives you options on what would be best for you.
