If there have ever been issues (which is rare) they have quickly been addressed and corrected to my satisfaction. Tom was professional, courteous, and did not pressure me. He was informative, answering my questions to my satisfaction. When I picked up the vehicle there was data on the app from the previous owner. He and Emma were helpful and were able to remove the data so I would have a :"fresh start". Very satisfied with my experience. More
