I was taken for a ride by the maintenance department at Tom Wood Toyota. I scheduled service online which came to around $400. When I picked my car up after service, the price increased to over $700. When I asked why the price increased, they stated it was for labor; I doubt that’s true. If the online prices don’t include labor, that should be mentioned beforehand. I would not recommend this dealership. More

This is honestly one of the shadiest businesses I’ve come across. I ordered several parts online with a low shipping rate. Then they emailed saying, ‘Sorry , we can't ship body parts , high damage rate on th across. I ordered several parts online with a low shipping rate. Then they emailed saying, ‘Sorry , we can't ship body parts , high damage rate on them . Thanks ED.’ Fine — I agreed to pick them up instead. They canceled the order, and I placed it again. This time the shipping charge was much higher because I added a heavy hitch, but since I was picking everything up, that shouldn’t matter. Instead, they insisted they don’t ship but still wanted to keep the shipping fee unless I canceled. Classic bait-and-switch. More
