Edward was our salesperson and did an outstanding job orienting us to the car and walkin We purchased a Toyota Highlander from Tom Wood late Nov 2018. Edward was our salesperson and did an outstanding job orienting us to the car and walking us through the purchase process. We enjoyed working with him because he was professional but straight forward. And when he didn’t know the answer he didn’t bluff his way through. He quickly got the correct answer for us. We had a couple of challenges because we are out-of-state residents with a part-time home in IN, so the licensing process was atypical. But Edward helped us through the process and followed up to make sure everything was going well. We own a small consulting business that does process improvement. So we notice when things and staff aren’t working well. Not the case with Edward and we wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again. More
