Good value on major service I was very happy with the service from a Toyota dealer next to my work place. However Tom Wood offered to pick mine up and return it so I decided to g I was very happy with the service from a Toyota dealer next to my work place. However Tom Wood offered to pick mine up and return it so I decided to give them a try. Both the Porter who greeted me and handled the delivery and Damion the service adviser did an awesome job keeping my updated and recamended other things I needed to address. This was a major service for a 135,000 mile van and I figured it would have taken longer. Got done early even after special order parts. The exterior detail could have been perfect with about 15 mins more spent on the outside. Over all I give them a ten out ten and will be back at 140,000 for more! Thanks More

I was also misled buy the online salesman. Very disappointing. James, the actual salesman, was friendly but did not offer to go over the truck that I wanted to buy with me. He did not show me any features or how to use them on the new truck. He just pulled it up and said there you go. I was greeted with a receptionist and the first words she said was” sorry I’m a temp” very unprofessional. Had I not been tired from a long day at work and a two hour drive, I would have just left.
