Follow-up From Recent Service Visit I called the service department on Monday morning to bring my car in for a maintenance check and was given an appointment for that same afternoon. I appreciated their timeliness, professionalism, service, and follow-up. The new facility is gorgeous extremely clean. My only regret is that I was unable to afford the extended service agreement when I purchased the 2017 Camry last year. Sadly, due to limited income I will need to take my car some place else for servicing when my agreement expires. More

They had moved and did not inform me when I made appointment. I was 10 min late for my appointment. Arrived at 9:40. I left at 12:35. I think 3 hours to rotate 4 tires was way to long.
