First time customer Wife and I word pleased to not be harassed when we arrived. Upon arrival, we had to wait several minutes for a salesperson to be available. We thought this was a good thing meaning Tom Wood was a desired dealership. We had a vehicle in mind and salesman (George) went to work for us to help us purchase it. He was attentive to our questions and concerns. We felt he was sincere. I’m really pleased with my truck purchase. Brad in finance was very personable and was great at explaining warranty options and answering questions. We would have like to have gotten a little more for our trade in, but the market is what it is. They did increase the amount after we asked. Overall it was a good experience. We’re looking forward to working with Tom Wood in Whitestown as we go into the future. More

Couldn’t handle an oil change I took my none Toyota vehicle to this dealer for a basic oil change. I only utilized them because it is the dealership where I purchased my vehicle an I took my none Toyota vehicle to this dealer for a basic oil change. I only utilized them because it is the dealership where I purchased my vehicle and they have performed oil changes for this vehicle in the past. The car drove horribly after the oil change due to their inability to reconnect air hoses properly. The entire ordeal ended up with them towing the car to another dealership to fix the issues, my not having access to my car for 2.5 days, missing a client meeting and postponing my departure for a family vacation. I’m always looking for good businesses to recommend. Unfortunately, I can’t in good faith recommend this dealership. More
