A few weeks ago I went into Tom Wood Toyota on Lafayette Road in Indianapolis, IN and had the best car shopping experience. Eddy Gafunderi approached me right away and got right down to business wanting to know what I was looking for. (I had stopped in other dealerships throughout the Indy area and had AWFUL experiences. One dealership I stood in the lobby for 5-10 minutes before anyone even approached me.) Eddy was extremely friendly and wanted to know what I wanted in a car and he also wanted to get to know me on a personal level. It wasn't just "business" he treated me with respect and was very passionate about his work. He never pressured me into anything and really made me think about my different options for a car. Since this was my first time ever buying a car I was not familiar with a lot of the things that needed to be discussed. Eddy made sure I understood everything before continuing onto the next subject. I fell in love with a 2014 Toyota Corolla... I wanted it more than anything. Eddy knew what kind of payment I was wanting and he made it happen. He has called several times just as a "follow up" making sure I am still satisfied with my new car. I am very, very pleased with my experience at Tom Wood Toyota and I am very thankful Eddy was the sales associate I have been able to work with. Trade value was lower than I expected however Brad was able to reduce the over all cost the price of the new vehicle and trade in value for th 08.
