I rate my experience with the dealership, my sales professional (David Tank), and financial advisor (Keith Busch) as great! My sales professional listened well and understood what I was looking for in a car, as a first time leaser. Mr. Tank was very down to earth and friendly. I did not feel like he was trying to "pull one over on me" like I often feel when I talk to other car sales professionals. He worked hard to work with me to find me a car that was reliable and at my price point. After he sold me the car, he even went to the next level and showed me the service department and introduced me to the service manager. He even offered to pick me from work to bring me to the dealership, the day I was without a car! The financial advisor Keith Bush was also very pleasant to work with. He was very enthusiastic and seemed determined to make sure that I was comfortable with the car I was offered and that I was able to find something affordable. He crunched numbers, made calls, and did many calculations to make sure that I did not exceed my strict monthly payment limit! Overall, my experience with the dealership was great. Even the staff that I did not deal with directly were friendly. I got the car I wanted, at the price point I needed, and I felt like Mr. Tank and Mr. Busch made it their priority for it to happen. I had no intention of purchasing a vehicle when I went with my friend to buy his car after he had totaled his previous one.
