I had decided it was time to trade in my old car for a newer used car. I researched several cars of varying makes and models and settled on a few to look at and consider. I went to Tom Wood to look at the Toyota Rav4 I picked out. Aleks showed me the car. Then he showed me another Rav4 that was much better: more features, nicer color, better condition than the other for about the same money. We spent alot of time as he thoroughly went over the safety features of the car and compared this one to a new model. When I made my decision and went back to purchase the Rav4, again Aleks was super to work with, introduced me to the rest of the super staff. It was like being accepted into the family. He worked very hard to make me a customer for life and I would definitely recommend Tom Wood Toyota. More

I was in the market for a new Toyota Tundra, after looking at several dealerships I decided to call Tom Wood Toyota and see what their best price was. They were able to beat everyone elses price and looking at several dealerships I decided to call Tom Wood Toyota and see what their best price was. They were able to beat everyone elses price and the showed dealer fees in the final price during the whole deal, at other dealerships they didn't show me all the fee's. It showed the real price of the truck vs. another $1,000 in dealer fees that the other dealers didn't show. I talked to Mike on the phone during the whole deal, the first time I went to the dealer was the morning I picked up the truck and it was ready and waiting. Mike met me at the door and I was out of the dealer in less than an hour! Everything went very smooth and Mike was very knowledgable on all of there cars! I came back to Tom Wood because they got my last truck for me that nobody else could get. I sent them on a mission to find another almost impossible truck to get that Toyota doesn't even build in the mid for me that nobody else could get. It took Robbie about 30 days to get it but he never gave up and made sure I got the exact truck that I wanted. He gave me a good deal on my trade in and a good price on an extended warranty too. The finance guy was really nice and made sure I got a good interest rate. I could not believe how clean the truck was when I picked up it. They even filled up my gas tank!! A good deal from people that care from Robbie to the finance manager to the other manager that came over to say hi and even down to the people that cleaned up my new truck you can tell they all want to make sure you are taken care of and happy. Why would you go anywhere else or see anybody else but Robbie? More
