I went to Tom Wood on March 23rd & came home with a new van. He was straight forward about the vehicle & about Toyotas in general, plus he wasn't pressuring us to buy something from the moment he met us. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable with the van & offered to show us some other models without trying to get us to spend more than we wanted.
