Easy to Work With I found a car on their website but I had a long drive to the dealership (4 hours). All the employees were easy to deal with and were great at communic I found a car on their website but I had a long drive to the dealership (4 hours). All the employees were easy to deal with and were great at communicating things I would need and quick to reply to all my calls or emails when I set up my initial test drive. I drove a few different cars, found one I liked and started the buying process that day. I wasn't pressured to, I just decided to that day. Downside is the car was fairly new to the dealership and had to go through the service department before I could take it home, so I had to come back and make a 2nd trip. Not really their fault that I live so far away but still they followed up, let me know when the car was ready and I was driving it home less than a week later. After that Staff followed up again to make sure I wasn't having any problems with the car and seem like they would be there to answer any questions I would have in the future. The only thing I was not thrilled with was the "safety and security" features added to the price tag but some things can still be negotiated. More
